The basic goal behind introducing this salon finder beauty app was to help users locate nearby and top-rated beauty salons. When developing this phone app, we carefully considered the user-friendly features. The challenges we came across while delivering the complete mobile application package are:

• Need a “near me” feature to allow the RSVIP users to find the salons nearest to their location. This feature helps users save time and hire nearby professional beauty services (facial, haircut, wax, nail treatments, etc.).
• Locating a nearby salon is one thing; finding a credible one was something the client demanded.
• A one-to-one chat feature was required by the client to develop a solid bridge between the RSVIP users and the salon professionals.
• It was a project’s requirement to integrate an “advance booking” option to help users book their preferred time slot in advance.
• Keep both users and salon professionals posted about any updates (e.g., notifying both parties for booking confirmation or rejection).
• A multi-lingual feature was required to facilitate users from different parts of the world.

The Solution

RSVIP provides you with a complete solution to book beauty services online. Doesn’t matter if you are looking for an experienced barber, a top-rated hair stylist, or a professional beautician; this salon finder app instantly connects you to credible beauty service providers. With real-time chat support, you can discuss your requirements and pay online for the services you hire. For booking updates, you get notifications. RSVIP is available for both Android and iOS. The step-by-step solutions provided to our client are:

• Easy sign-up is available for both users and salon professionals. There is no contract, and the users don’t have to pay any monthly fee.
• A “near me” feature is efficiently integrated to help users find the closest hair salons and choose one of them for a visit. The nearest beauty salons appear on top of the search to help users easily find one. A user can also type a name and search for a specific salon, if any.
